Stomping grapes in Chile to make wine – wine making has become such a science that many old time methods have become almost forgotten. This was not the case at Viñedos de Alcahuaz in Chile’s Atacama Desert, where old time methods are honored and put to great use. Staining my feet with fresh grape juice was just pure fun and should be on any wine aficionado’s bucket list. What’s on your bucket list?
