It was a pleasure walking through the Cultured workshop with Kevin Farley and learning about his processes. It was an even greater pleasure, however, when I got to taste a wide variety of their work. It is not for nothing that the stature of Kevin Farley and the output of the Cultured pickle shop has been growing into legend status.
