This is so easy, but so good and so useful. Guajillos are tasty Mexican dried chiles that pack a moderate punch and a lot of flavor. The oil and the remaining residue are both useful ingredients adding sweet and spicy chile notes to whatever you may be cooking. I’ve rubbed it on fish, pork and beef and it goes well with eggs and so many other things. This can also be done with other chile varieties.
The chiles can be toasted or not per your preference.
