How to Feed 100,000 People in a Weekend

I have enjoyed the Big Apple BBQ Block party for a number of years now and I never fail to be amazed by the sheer logistics of organization of this event that winds up feeding over 100,000 people over the course of a weekend. This year, I decided to find out a little bit more about what is involved in setting this up, so I went to the top. Jill Rooney Clark has been involved with the Big Apple Block party for the past 5 years and this year was the person primarily responsible for putting it together, a truly leviathan feat. The video, taken with my Sony Nex-5 camera may not be the best, but I hope the information may be of some interest.
