Lobster Salad

This freshly steamed 2+ pound lobster made its way into a lobster salad with chervil, olive oil, salt, lemon zest and a little lemon juice – simple & delicious! The lobster was a very, very nice birthday gift from a good friend along with a beautiful, whole fresh red snapper that I roasted whole over a bed of poblano and red bell peppers, red onions, garlic and tomato. While it wasn't really a Cinco de Mayo appropriate huachinango a la veracruzana, it was still quite tasty.
