An Early Morning Visitor

My wife and I were awakened early this morning by the sounds of our two sister cats wailing like alley cats, something that we had never heard from them previously. Concerned, I got up to investigate to find them by the sliding glass door leading to the deck. On closer inspection, I discovered the reason for their cacophony.

The cats were in a tizzy, trying to attack the bold raccoon through the glass door. The raccoon remained unfazed, peering in to our house. Even our rapping on the glass didn't seem to threaten it too much. It eventually wandered off in to the woods, when it finally grew bored.
