The Glens Falls Farmers Market was quite busy this beautiful Saturday morning with lots of varied produce in stock. Some of the most beautiful were these Sweet Carmen peppers and Tropea onions from Kilpatrick Family Farm and the garlic from The Alleged Farm.

Love those Carmen’s roasted on the grill. I am trying to force ripen some. Bought 2 lbs of Carmen-like peppers, along with a baguette from Rock Hill, yesterday from Katchie Farm at the Delmar Farmer’s Market

tropia onions have the active chemical structure of viagra. some times when i have alot, i juice them and reduce the juices to a bright red syrup and put a drip on raw oysters . the customers love it.
