Ideas in the Studio – Round Two

No, I wasn't there, but I certainly wish I was. The photos and the menu indicate a particularly extraordinary meal, having incorporated so many of my favorite foods including soft-shell crabs, sweetbreads, pig cheeks, foie gras, sea urchin, goose eggs, squab and so much more. Alex discusses a need for flexibility here. Given that the diners and the beverages they bring for meals at Studio Kitchen are always interesting, there is no doubt in my mind that this was a truly incredible evening!
