This was another week of superlative dining. With some outstanding hors d'ouvres at The Four Seasons and a great meal at Momofuku Ssam Bar, I had many choices, however, I must give the Taste of the Week to the incredible ribs I had yesterday at Mike Mills' 17th St. Bar & Grill at the Big Apple BBQ in NYC. The only stop made on the Saturday of the BBQ, the ribs were simply too succulent, tender and delicious to ignore.
