Blog Find: The Quenelle

Francisco Migoya, an Assistant Professor at The Culinary Institute of America has started a blog called, The Quenelle "to be a means for the
discussion and illustration of ideas on pastry, confectionery, bread
baking and cooking (and anything related to food and drink) from a
professional standpoint for professionals and for serious food
enthusiasts." It looks to be quite promising. I now have it on my Reader.
