An Impact

How is blogging rewarding? I must say that so far it is not the money, because there hasn't been much of that since I started doing this. The main reward to date has been making friends and having an influence, however, small. This post, from Aidan Brooks, trainee chef, is one that, money or not, makes it all worthwhile. Best of luck, Aidan, and please give my warmest regards to Paco and Rut! This is an exciting combination. I can't wait to try Ferrero. Look for it soon on upcoming San Pellegrino 50 Best Lists. Sooner or later the restaurant will be there if Paco and Rut have anything to say about it. I have a feeling that Aidan will be making his mark as well.
