Taste of the Week – February 8-14th

I enjoyed some excellent breads and baked goods at The King Arthur Flour Baking Store in Norwich, Vt and at a private party I had some stellar desserts, but this week's taste goes to the Cabbage Salad I had at Wednesday Night's Slow Food Dinner at The Beekman Street Bistro in Saratoga Springs. The salad gets the nod because it was an exceptional salad combining great texture along with satisfying, balanced and subtle flavors in a dish that made me feel good eating it.
